Terms & Conditions for The Alexandra Suite

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Alexandra Suite’s online store. By accessing or using our website and purchasing event tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased through our website for events at The Alexandra Suite are non-refundable. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card and BACS. All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please keep this confirmation as proof of purchase.

3. Event Attendance

  • Group Bookings: For groups of 14 or more, it may be necessary to seat guests at more than one table. Room layouts are finalised 7 days prior to the event. While we will note any seating requests, we cannot guarantee them.
  • Venue Changes: Depending on the number of attendees, rooms or venues within The Alexandra Suite may be subject to change. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
  • Event Information: The details provided in our brochures and online listings are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any significant changes.

4. Car Park Usage

  • Parking Responsibility: Guests are responsible for entering their vehicle registration details into the machine located inside the venue. Failure to do so may result in parking fines.
  • Liability: The Alexandra Suite accepts no liability for any parking fines incurred due to the failure to register vehicle details or any other reason related to the use of the car park.

5. Cancellations and Amendments

  • Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to an alternative event, subject to availability.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: As all ticket sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets if you change your mind or are unable to attend the event.

6. Liability

  • Event Changes: The Alexandra Suite reserves the right to make changes to event programmes, timings, and other event details without prior notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience or costs incurred as a result of such changes.
  • Personal Belongings: The Alexandra Suite is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought to the venue.

7. Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data will only be used to process your order and, if agreed by you, to provide updates on future events. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
